At the next meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, preparations for the heating period of 2025-2026 were discussed. Chairman of the Public Council Rinat Abdullin held a meeting.
The report was delivered by Airat Gallyamov, Head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Ministry.
According to the speaker, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan is constantly monitoring the readiness of facilities for the heating period. Thus, 3064 boiler houses out of 3069 have been prepared; 17992 apartment buildings out of 18085 have received readiness certificates.
The facilities of education, healthcare, culture, sports, youth and social protection are fully ready for the heating season.
15 municipalities have already made decisions on the beginning of the heating period and have begun to start heating for social facilities.
A. Gallyamov stressed that the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings is the fundamental basis for a reliable and energy-efficient heating season. "This year, the capital repair program in the republic includes 911 apartment buildings. By the decision of the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, an additional 3 billion rubles were allocated for these purposes. This allowed us to increase the program by 219 houses and provide an integrated approach to repair work," the speaker noted.
The total amount of financing for the capital repair program this year is 11.266 billion rubles. The work is being carried out comprehensively and includes key areas: roof repairs and facade insulation using modern energy-saving technologies in 311 houses; renovation of indoor utilities: electrical networks, heating, water supply and sewerage with a length of 759 thousand linear meters; installation of 18 automatic coolant temperature control units in 12 houses and replacement of 711 worn-out elevators with modern energy-efficient models in 234 houses.
According to Airat Gallyamov, today contractors are working in all 42 municipalities of the republic. Major repairs have been completed in 488 houses, the total completion is estimated at 88%.
