As part of the implementation of the measures of the program "Modernization of communal infrastructure" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation allocated additional funds to Tatarstan in the amount of 519.6 million rubles. In total, the additional amount of financing, taking into account the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, will amount to 987.5 million rubles. With these funds, it is planned to modernize 11 communal infrastructure facilities with a total length of 42 km.
Of these, 290.6 million rubles will be used for 8 new facilities. Among them are the reconstruction of a water pipeline along Aminov Street in Almetyevsk, two sections of water supply networks along Gorky and Michurin streets in the village of Alekseevskoye in the Alekseevsky district, water supply systems in the village of Malye Kokuzi in the Apastovsky district, and water supply networks in the village of Narat in the Zelenodolsk district. They will also overhaul the water supply networks in the village of Burnak in the Baltasinsky district, the water supply in the village of Kugarchino in the Rybnoslobodsky district and build water supply networks in the village of Aldermysh in the Vysokogorsky district.
228.9 million rubles were allocated following the transfer of part of the 2026 limit to 2025 for additional financing of 3 facilities: in Almetyevsk, for the reconstruction of a steel main water pipeline and the overhaul of a gravity sewer collector and in the Leninogorsk, for the reconstruction of the water pipeline.
As previously reported by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Aizatullin, prior to the signing of the additional agreement for the current year, 136 facilities were planned to be upgraded in the republic with a total cost of about 11 billion 700 million rubles. Including 36 facilities under the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and 100 under the republican program initiated by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Minnikhanov.
