The plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has been completed by 88%

The annual housing commissioning plan was completed by 88%, 2 million 869 thousand square meters were commissioned. Such data was provided last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.

37% of the planned volume has been completed through commercial construction: 77 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 628 thousand square meters.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 78%. Of the 35 houses that need to be built this year, 16 have been commissioned. Their total area is 125 thousand square meters.

The annual plan for individual housing construction has been exceeded and amounts to 149%. 15,670 houses with an area of more than 2 million 115 thousand square meters were commissioned.
