This year, it is planned to modernize 144 facilities worth over 12 billion 672 million rubles. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Of these, 100 facilities with the reconstruction of 269 km of engineering networks are included in the republican program "Modernization of municipal infrastructure systems". The financing exceeds 8 billion 525 million rubles.
44 facilities worth 4 billion 147 million rubles are being renovated under the federal program "Modernization of municipal Infrastructure" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". In September, 8 new facilities were added to 36 as a result of an additional agreement between the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the Government of Tatarstan with the allocation of additional funds from the federal budget in the amount of 519.6 million rubles. Of these, 290.6 million rubles will be used to finance new facilities in Almetyevsky, Apastovsky, Baltasinsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsky, Rybnoslobodsky and two sites in Alekseevsky districts. 228.9 million rubles will be used for three ongoing activities due to the transfer of part of the 2026 limit to 2025.
According to Marat Aizatullin, measures to modernize the municipal infrastructure in Tatarstan have currently been completed by 95%: 106 out of 144 program facilities have been completed. Of these, 6 facilities have been commissioned over the past two weeks: in Naberezhnye Chelny, Sarmanovsky, Laishevsky, Zainsky and two in Agryzsky districts.
The federal program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure systems has been implemented since 2023. During 2023-2024, 67 events worth 4.5 billion rubles were held in Tatarstan. About 128 km of networks have been replaced. This year, the federal program has become part of the new national project "Infrastructure for Life".
