The construction of polyclinic No. 20 on Umyrzaya Street in the residential complex "Spring" in Kazan has been completed. The work was carried out under the federal program for the modernization of primary health care of the national project "Long and active life".
The five-storey building with a total area of more than 7 thousand square meters is designed for 400 visits per shift. It will provide consultative, diagnostic and therapeutic care to the adult population. The clinic is equipped with new modern medical equipment, furniture and inventory.
The new medical facility meets the needs of the population, as it provides access to primary and specialized medical care, and contributes to a more efficient distribution of patient flows.
This year, 53 healthcare facilities worth over 2.877 billion rubles are planned to be built in Tatarstan. 38 of them are under the national project "Long and active life".
The national project "Long and active Life" aims to increase life expectancy to 78 years by 2030. Polyclinics, outpatient clinics, and midwifery centers are being updated, and more qualified medical personnel are being recruited to work there.
