The housing commissioning plan in Tatarstan has currently been completed by 91%, the builders have commissioned 2 million 980 thousand square meters.m.
Thus, 80 apartment buildings with a total area of 639,000 square meters were commissioned through commercial construction, which is 38% of the planned volume.
According to the social mortgage program, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 77%. Of the 35 houses provided for in the plan, 16 are ready with a total area of 125 thousand square meters.m.
The total area of commissioned houses within the framework of individual housing construction is 2 million 215 thousand square meters.m.
