The overhaul of social and cultural facilities is reaching its final stage
Major repairs of social and cultural facilities are entering the final stage - most of the program obligations have been fulfilled, and the remaining ones are in a high degree of readiness. This was reported last Saturday by Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The overhaul programs for the Healthcare industry include 226 facilities. Among them, 151 paramedic and obstetric centers in 37 municipalities have been completely renovated under the national project "Long Active Life" and 56 baby milk food distribution points in 27 municipalities under the republican program. Of the 19 hospitals included in the republican program, 6 remain in operation: in Kazan (2), in the Kukmorsky, Almetyevsky, Zelenodolsk and Sabinsky districts. Their implementation is estimated at 90%.
In the field of Culture, 27 facilities were included in the republican and federal programs. Major repairs of 19 rural cultural centers, two libraries, and three children's art schools have been completed. The renovation of the remaining three other cultural institutions has been completed by 93%.
Together with the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, five republican and federal programs are being implemented, providing for the repair of 34 facilities. 8 youth centers, 4 youth clubs and 9 buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance have been completely renovated. Program measures for the repair of 13 children's health camps in 11 municipalities have been completed by 97%.
