The housing commissioning plan in Tatarstan has been completed by 92%
Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of housing construction at a meeting at the Government House today.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Rais of Tatarstan. The work was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
The housing commissioning plan as of November 1 was fulfilled by 92% - 2 million 997 thousand square meters were commissioned. 39% of the planned volume has been completed through commercial construction - these are 83 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 656 thousand square meters. m.
In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 77%. Of the 35 houses that need to be built this year, 16 have been commissioned. Their total area is 125 thousand square meters.m.
The greatest fulfillment of the plan is recorded in the line of individual housing construction. 2 million 215 thousand square meters have been commissioned here.
