3.144 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic
The annual housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 96% - 3.144 million square meters have been commissioned. Such data was presented today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a Saturday meeting of the Rais of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
The implementation of the plan for commercial multi-storey construction has reached 41%. 88 houses with a total area of more than 695 thousand square meters have been commissioned in this category.
"The annual obligations under the social mortgage program have been fulfilled by 93%. Of the 35 houses provided for in the plan, 20 have been commissioned. Their total area is more than 150,000 square meters," said Marat Aizatullin. - 17024 houses with an area of more than 2,298 million square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction."
