An apartment building has been built in Naberezhnye Chelny on a social mortgage
Under the Social Mortgage program, a 179-apartment building was built in Naberezhnye Chelny, located on 55th Anniversary of KAMAZ Street. The facility has received an opinion on compliance with the requirements of the project documentation.
The new 19-storey building has one entrance, equipped with elevator equipment. All apartments are fully finished. The house territory is also landscaped: parking spaces, a Playground are equipped. benches and urns are installed.
As previously reported by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, the annual obligations under the social mortgage program were fulfilled by 93% by mid-November. Of the 35 houses provided for in the plan, 20 have been commissioned with a total area of more than 150 thousand square meters.m. Including 5 houses in Naberezhnye Chelny, 9 in Kazan, 2 houses each in Vysokogorsky, Bugulminsky and Sabinsky districts.
