The restoration of the 19th century cultural heritage site, the Boratynsky Estate, has been completed in Kazan. Repair and restoration work was carried out under the federal project "Development of infrastructure in the field of culture".
The wooden building of the Boratynsky estate was built in 1836 by the famous Russian architect Thomas Ivanovich Petondi and is the only surviving building of the urban noble estate of the first half of the 19th century in Kazan.
A complex of emergency prevention works has been carried out here: injection of cracks, reinforcement of foundations, cut-off waterproofing, reinforcement of the foundation-ground contact zone, caulking of the log house crowns. Internal engineering support networks, roof, window and door openings have also been replaced, interior finishing works and facade cladding have been carried out.
Recall that this year, 27 cultural facilities with financing of 979.5 million rubles have been included in 4 federal and republican capital repair programs. The work on them has been fully completed.
