Marat Aizatullin: The level of collection of payments for housing and communal services increases in the second half of the year

Monitoring of the population's payment discipline for housing and communal services in recent years has revealed a trend of low collection of payments at the beginning of the year, with an increase in the percentage of collection in the second half of the year. Such statistics were presented today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan. 

"The level of collection of household payments for housing and communal services in the republic in October this year decreased by 0.5% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 102.7%. In January-October, the average collection rate in Tatarstan was 99.3%, which almost coincides with the same indicator of the previous year," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan. - The average annual rate was also 99.3%, as it was last year. The share of payments made in electronic format in the total volume reached 80.5%."

The amount of overdue debt for gas as of November 1, 2025 amounted to about 163 million rubles. Compared to the same period last year, there was an increase of 14.5 million rubles.

The amount of debt decreased by 11.7 million rubles in terms of electricity consumed per year: as of November 1 of this year, it exceeded 8.6 million rubles.

Organizations of the municipal complex have reduced their debt by 14.2 million rubles. The amount of arrears for electricity as of the reporting date is 409 thousand rubles.

At the same time, management companies and homeowners' associations increased their electricity debt by 2.5 million rubles: as of November 1, its volume reached 8.2 million rubles.
