Issues of introducing lean technologies in the housing and communal services sector are being discussed in Kazan
A three-day seminar-meeting "Efficient housing and communal services: implementation of lean technologies in regional practice" has started in Kazan today. The event is supported by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the organizers, the meeting should become a regional platform for the concentration of expertise and management decisions aimed at improving the efficiency of enterprises of the housing and communal complex of Tatarstan.
On the first day of the seminar, a plenary meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of key organizations of housing and communal services in the region. The Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mazit Salikhov, delivered a welcoming speech. In particular, he noted that Tatarstan actively participates in the implementation of national projects and national programs aimed at improving the quality of life and well-being of the population of the republic. "Recently, the republic's leadership has been paying special attention to the modernization of the municipal infrastructure. This year alone, we have renovated 145 facilities totaling more than 12.6 billion rubles. 45 of them are under the national project "Infrastructure for Life" with financing of 4.1 billion rubles," said the Deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In addition, according to M.Salikhov, the enterprises of the municipal sphere of Tatarstan - LLC "CC PZhKH", LLC "SOV-NKNKH", LLC "CHELNYVODOKANAL" participate in the federal program "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and competitive economy". "Given the existing need for personnel in housing and communal services, it is important to increase labor productivity at industry enterprises," the deputy minister stressed.
Also today, the participants presented an assessment of the current state of productivity, identified the main barriers and identified the directions of technological and organizational development of enterprises.
A strategic session will be held tomorrow, during which the project teams will focus on developing a regional model for increasing labor productivity and preparing a roadmap for 2025-2026. Special attention will be paid to the formation of systemic measures to improve the efficiency of processes, optimize the use of resources and ensure sustainable growth in the quality of services.
On the final day of the event, it is planned to visit the leading housing and communal services facilities of Tatarstan - LLC "Management Company "PZhKH", Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Vodokanal" of Kazan and JSC "Kazenergo". Participants will be able to study the best production practices, evaluate the results achieved and discuss the possibilities of replicating successful models in other regions.
The final materials of the meeting will become part of a comprehensive strategy for increasing labor productivity, focused on long-term results.
