The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan awarded the winners and prize-winners of the annual journalistic competition for the best coverage of topics in the construction complex. The ceremony was held by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
In his welcoming speech, the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan thanked the journalists for their fruitful cooperation and spoke about the preliminary results of the activities of the Tatarstan construction complex this year. He recalled that the Ministry participates in the implementation of 48 republican programs, 7 national projects, 4 state programs and extracurricular activities. They include 3,864 facilities for a total amount of 147.9 billion rubles.
Thus, according to the forecast, the volume of work performed in the construction sector will reach 958.6 billion rubles – last year this amount amounted to 908.8 billion rubles. The housing commissioning plan, as of December 11, has already been exceeded: 3,334,946 square meters of housing have been commissioned instead of 3,260,000 square meters. Tatarstan ranks 1st in the Volga Federal District according to this indicator. 911 apartment buildings and 675 elevators in 42 municipalities were completely repaired for the amount of 11.2 billion rubles.
In the field of housing and communal services, the actual volume of work carried out by housing and communal services organizations will reach 69.3 billion rubles, which is 111.2% compared to last year.
Marat Aizatullin also noted such a socially important task as the modernization of municipal infrastructure facilities. "In 2025, we have renovated 145 facilities for a total of 12.6 billion rubles," said M.Aizatullin. "In total, 409 km of engineering networks have been replaced, 25 water towers, 15 sewage pumping stations, 2 biological treatment plants and 7 boiler houses have been built."
Among the significant projects, the minister highlighted the construction of water supply networks
in the village of Kuyuki in the Pestrechinsky district, the reconstruction of water supply networks in the town of Nurlat in the Nurlat district and the construction of boiler houses in the village of Jalil in the Sarmanovsky district.
In the field of education, according to the minister, 5 schools and 3 academic buildings for 5,251 places, 7 kindergartens for 1,580 places have been built, 265 educational institutions have been overhauled.
The plan for the development of public spaces has been fully implemented: 63 parks worth 1.9 billion rubles have been landscaped. According to the Our Yard program, 677 courtyards worth 10 billion rubles have been equipped.
The award ceremony followed. Marat Aizatullin presented diplomas to the winners and prize-winners of the media competition.
