An apartment building has been built in Verkhny Uslon under the social mortgage program.
Under the Social Mortgage program, a 24-apartment apartment building was built in the village of Verkhny Uslon, Verkhneuslonsky municipal district. The facility has received an opinion on compliance with the requirements of the project documentation.
A new single-entrance house with a total area of 2,030 square meters is located on Kashtanova Street. There are 12 one-room and two-room apartments each.
All apartments are fully finished.
The builders also improved the territory: they equipped parking spaces and a playground, installed outdoor lighting and small architectural forms.
The Republican social mortgage program in Tatarstan was launched in 2005. This year, according to the investment plan of the State Housing Fund, 35 houses for 3274 apartments with a total area of 161.7 thousand square meters will be built. This program makes it possible to implement one of the main objectives of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" - to increase the provision of housing for citizens.
