The final meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan took place today.
During the meeting, Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, informed about the main results of the work of the construction and housing and communal complexes of Tatarstan in 2025.
In particular, he said that according to economic indicators, the construction complex is today the largest sector of Tatarstan's economy, which owns about 7% of the gross regional product. By the end of the year, the volume of construction work is projected to reach 958.9 billion rubles.
"In 2025, organizations of the housing and communal complex provided services worth 67.5 billion rubles, an increase of 108.3% compared to the same period last year. The average monthly salary in the industry in 2025 is projected at 66.6 thousand rubles, which is 26% more than last year's figure," said the first deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Damir Shaidullin also recalled that this year the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan is completing the implementation of 48 republican programs, 7 national projects, 4 state programs and extra-programmatic activities, which include about 3.9 thousand facilities.
Further, the members of the Public Council, chaired by Rinat Abdullin, reviewed and approved the work plan for 2026. Thus, the main events included the implementation of the Program of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of anti-corruption policy for 2026, discussion of competition protection issues in the field of construction and housing and communal services, public expertise of socially significant bills, draft regulatory legal acts. In addition, during the year, the Ministry will monitor the quality of public services provided by the Ministry, evaluate the effectiveness of public procurement by the Ministry, and conduct public inspections of warranty services after construction and major repairs of municipal facilities located in municipal districts and urban districts in conjunction with the Public Councils of municipalities.
