The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on housing construction in Tatarstan today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
"The housing commissioning plan for today has been completed by 108%, 3 million 515 thousand square meters have been commissioned, which is a record in the history of the republic," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
110 apartment buildings with a total area of 952,000 square meters have been commissioned for commercial multi-storey construction.
According to the social mortgage program, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 100%. 44 residential buildings with a total area of 162 thousand square meters were built.
As for individual housing construction, 17785 houses with a total area of 2 million 401 thousand square meters have been commissioned.
