The overhaul program this year includes 706 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities of Tatarstan
In 2026, 42 municipalities, except for Alkeevsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts, are participating in the implementation of the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings.
This information was provided today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. All municipal districts of the republic were connected to the meeting via videoconference.
"The program includes 706 apartment buildings with a total area of about 4 million square meters. The program also includes the development of design documentation for 644 houses, which are scheduled for major repairs in 2027," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The overhaul program also provides for the replacement of 99 elevators
in 44 buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts.
The total amount of financing is 9.65 billion rubles.
