Contractors have been identified to carry out major repairs in 149 apartment buildings in Tatarstan
The overhaul program this year includes 706 multi-apartment buildings with a total area of 3.8 million square meters with a financing volume of 9.65 billion rubles. 42 municipal districts of Tatarstan participate in the implementation of the program.
This was stated today at the traditional Saturday meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting.
"The Housing and Communal Services Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan organizes electronic auctions under the capital repair program for 2026. To date, contractors have been identified in 149 apartment buildings. Auctions for 47 MCD have been announced. For the remaining 445 houses, work is underway to verify documents and form lots," said Marat Aizatullin.
