The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Minister Marat Aizatullin, held a meeting on problematic issues in the housing and communal services sector.
The meeting was attended by Rustam Gayazov, Deputy Head of the Anti-Corruption Policy Department of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Almaz Sagitzyanov, Head of the Department for Supervision of the Implementation of Legislation in the Field of Economics of the Department for Supervision of the Implementation of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexander Tygin, Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as representatives of the executive committees of cities and districts of the Republic, heads of resource supply and management organizations.
In his report, the first deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Damir Shaidullin, focused on reducing the amount of debt for housing and communal services, increasing the collection of payments and organizing the accrual of payments for housing and communal services.
Special attention was paid to the replacement of elevator equipment in the republic. Thus, all elevators that have been operating for 25 years are subject to mandatory replacement by February 15, 2030.
"The replacement of elevators in apartment buildings, which form the capital repair fund on special accounts, raises questions. They are the ones who are at risk due to insufficient funds in their accounts. The task is to prevent mass stops of elevators. To do this, it is necessary to check the condition of the special account of your home right now and plan to finance the replacement without waiting for the deadline," Damir Shaidullin said.
Rifnur Suleymanov, Head of JSC Tatenergosbyt, informed about the work of the unified settlement center of JSC Tatenergosbyt, functions, interaction with organizations and residents of the republic. He emphasized the advantages of cooperation between management companies and the ERC.
Alexander Tygin, Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the work with citizens' appeals regarding the correctness of calculating payments for housing and communal services and the formation of payment documents.
