The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption
The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan has held a regular meeting of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Anti-Corruption Policy Department of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan - Raviya Shrsha, Head of the Anti-Corruption Audit Department, and Ruslan Muginov, Chief Adviser of the Anti-Corruption Audit Department.
The Commission reviewed the notification of the head of the subordinate institution related to the proposed recruitment of a candidate in a related relationship.
After analyzing the submitted materials, including the institution's Charter and the applicant's job responsibilities, the Commission determined that this situation could lead to a conflict of interest. To prevent it, the manager is advised to refrain from considering this candidate for the vacant position.
The decision was made in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Combating Corruption", the Charter of the organization and other local acts and is aimed at ensuring the objective and impartial performance of official duties.
