Builders have started major repairs in 80 out of 706 apartment buildings

The capital repair program includes 706 apartment buildings with a total area of about 4 million square meters. The amount of financing is 9.065 billion rubles.

This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.

The program provides for the replacement of 99 elevators in 44 buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts.

"As a result of the electronic auctions, contractors for 293 apartment buildings have already been identified. The builders have started major repairs in 80 of them," said Marat Aizatullin. -- Auctions have been announced for 52 MCD. For the remaining houses, the Housing and Communal Services Fund is working to verify documents and form lots."
