The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a general meeting of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of 2025. The event was chaired by Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The final meeting was attended by Vladimir Dedyukhin, First Vice-President of the Russian Union of Builders, Miroslava Kurmel, General Director of the Union of Builders of the Irkutsk Region, heads of SRO, construction and design enterprises, teachers and students of specialized educational institutions.
The meeting discussed the results of the year, the challenges facing the construction industry, and outlined plans for the future. Currently, the Union of Builders of Tatarstan consists of more than 1,900 organizations, including design and construction companies, construction industry enterprises, and industry-specific educational institutions.
As Viktor Yeltsov, the first vice-president of the organization, noted in his report, all regions of the Russian Federation face the same problems, which means that finding solutions is possible only in cooperation with all industry representatives within the framework of the Russian Union of Builders.
The Vice Presidents who spoke outlined the most pressing issues that need to be addressed. For example, Elvira Galyautdova emphasized the need to introduce new tools to support residential housing and the development of housing and communal services. Victor Emelin focused on a more active study of the issues of project organizations. Dmitry Peskov spoke about the prospects for the development of monolithic housing construction, typical low-rise construction, as well as the creation of a register of manufacturers of building materials in Tatarstan.
Vladimir Dedyukhin, First Vice-President of the Russian Union of Builders, praised the organization's activities, noting the activity of the regional Union at the federal level. "We often rely on the experience of the regional Union in Tatarstan," he admitted. "Here we see balanced work plans and competent recruitment. The Union of Builders of Tatarstan keeps its finger on the pulse of the development of the economy and the professional community today."
At the end, an award ceremony was held for active members of the Union of Builders of Tatarstan.
