A multi-format construction forum "Stroy Fest 2026" has opened in Kazan
A multi-format construction forum "Stroy Fest 2026" has opened on the territory of the Kazan Hippodrome, within the framework of which the exhibition "Stroy Expo 2026" is presented.
The event is supported by the Russian Union of Builders, the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Russian Union of Suppliers of Metal Products, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Aluminum Association of Russia, the Association of Steel Construction of Russia, and other organizations.
Welcoming the participants, Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, President of the Union of Builders of Tatarstan, noted the scale and relevance of the forum.
"Tatarstan's construction industry is powerful. Last year, the volume of work on the type of activity "Construction" crossed the threshold of a trillion rubles and for the first time in the republic reached 3.5 million square meters of new housing, - said the Deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan. - We are traditionally the leader in the Volga Federal District and occupy the 5th place among the regions of the Russian Federation. This is facilitated by the presence of a powerful production base of the building materials industry – we have more than 500 enterprises. And, of course, construction companies and developers play a key role."
The forum's agenda includes an extensive business program at 25 educational venues. The main directions include the construction of apartment buildings in cities, individual housing construction, the development of tourist areas, etc.
