In August, the face-to-face events of the All-Russian competition "Leaders of the construction industry" will be held
In December 2025, the official start of registration of participants of the VI All-Russian Management Competition "Leaders of the construction industry" was given.
The competition is aimed at managers and managers of construction companies, representatives of relevant state and municipal authorities, development institutions, design and engineering organizations, educational and scientific institutions.
The event has been held since 2021 by the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation. In 2025, 23,547 people from 77 regions of the country participated in the competition.
In 2026, face-to-face events will be held on August 6-9, on the eve of Builder's Day, and will bring together finalists from all over the country.
The key topics will be the introduction of digital technologies in construction and housing and communal services, human resources, housing and communal services, social and engineering infrastructure, "new" financial instruments in construction, project financing. Attention will also be paid to issues of public-private partnership, the integration of cultural heritage sites into the modern infrastructure of integrated territorial development, master planning, landscaping, production of building materials, etc.
The finalists and winners of the competition will be included in the personnel reserve of the construction industry. It is worth noting that more than 30% of the participants who successfully passed the competitive tests have increased their managerial powers in state, municipal and commercial structures.
