Tatarstan builders have begun major repairs in 92 apartment buildings
This year, 706 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities have been included in the capital repair program.
This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. All municipal districts of the republic were connected to the meeting via videoconference.
"Contractors have been identified for 363 apartment buildings. In 92 of them, the builders have started major repairs. Auctions for 65 houses have been announced. For the remaining funds, the Housing and Communal Services Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is checking documents and forming lots," said Marat Aizatullin.
Financing of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings amounts to 9.065 billion rubles.
The total amount of work done so far is 5%.
