More than 1,136 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan
The housing commissioning plan in Tatarstan has been completed by 36% – more than 1,136 million square meters have been commissioned.
This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
45 apartment buildings with a total area of 376,000 square meters have been commissioned through commercial construction, which is 36% of the planned annual volume. There are 15 houses in Kazan, 8 in Naberezhnye Chelny and Pestrechinsky district, 4 in Zelenodolsk district, 2 in Yelabuga district, 1 in Almetyevsk and Buinsky districts.
According to the social mortgage program, out of 108 planned houses, 7 houses with a total area of 32 thousand square meters were built: in Naberezhnye Chelny, Mamadyshsky and Buinsky districts, 2 each in Zelenodolsk and Yelabuga district. The annual plan has been fulfilled by 22%.
728,000 square meters have been commissioned for individual housing construction, which is 37%.
