The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed labor protection issues in the construction industry
Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a seminar on "An integrated approach to compliance with labor protection rules and regulations on construction sites."
The seminar was attended by representatives of the customer, contracting organizations, organizations of the construction materials industry, municipalities and members of the interdepartmental working group on labor protection in the field of construction.
Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a seminar.
According to Ilshat Gimaev, various organizations are involved in the construction process, whose activities require coordination and control.
"These include pre-design services, design, bidding for the selection of contractors for design and survey and construction and installation work, construction control and commissioning of facilities. Therefore, at each of these stages, the organization of labor protection should be under special control," the Deputy minister noted.
During the seminar, the participants discussed issues of compliance with occupational safety standards, injury prevention and the creation of safe working conditions in the construction sector.
