Marat Aizatullin: Builders have started repairing 121 apartment buildings

The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House today.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.

Marat Aizatullin recalled that this year 706 apartment buildings in 41 municipalities with a financing volume of 9.065 billion rubles will be overhauled in Tatarstan. Among them, 99 elevators will be replaced in 44 buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts. 

"By now, contractors have been identified for work in 420 apartment buildings. Auctions for 43 MCD have been announced. For the remaining houses, the Housing and Communal Services Fund will announce auctions only after the release of a new program with adjusted limits," Marat Aizatullin said. 

The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan added that builders have started repairing 121 apartment buildings in 14 municipalities. The completion rate is 7%. Preparatory work is underway for the remaining facilities.
