Builders have begun major repairs in 169 apartment buildings

Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, announced information on the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

This year, the renovation program includes 706 apartment buildings in 41 municipalities. It is planned to replace 99 elevators in 44 buildings.

"The organization of electronic auctions continues. Contractors have been identified for 462 apartment buildings. Auctions have been announced for 17 MKDS. For the remaining funds, the Housing and Communal Services Fund will announce auctions after the release of a new program with adjusted limits," D. Shydullin reported.

The first deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan also said that the overhaul has begun in 169 houses located in 16 municipal districts. The overall completion rate has reached 9%. Construction and installation work will begin in April at the remaining facilities according to the schedule.
