Since January 1, 2024, on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 23, 2023 No. 131, the powers of local governments in the field of urban development have been transferred to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan (with the exception of the city of Kazan).
The Life Situations service on the Gosuslugi portal helps to create an individual construction plan and send a comprehensive application for services for building your own housing - from choosing and purchasing a land plot to assigning an address to an object and connecting communication networks.
Most of the documents can be issued on the Gosuslugi portal in the Digital Construction section.
