Tatarstan will host the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "The Best by profession" in the nominations "Excavator driver" (April 20-22) and "Bulldozer driver" (August).
Representatives of organizations of the construction complex and housing and communal services of the republic can take part in the professional skills competition. The winners will represent the republic at the federal stage, which, according to preliminary data, will be held in September.
According to the results of the All-Russian competition, monetary incentives are provided in each nomination. For 1st place - 1,000,000 rubles, 2nd place - 500,000 rubles and 3rd place - 300,000 rubles.

The All-Russian competition "The Best in profession" has been held since 2012. Since 2025, it has been included in the program of the national Cadres project. Its goals include increasing the prestige of working professions, developing professional competencies and supporting qualified personnel.
