More than 1,494 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan
Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on housing construction statistics at a traditional meeting in the Government House today.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
"The housing commissioning plan has been completed by 47% - more than 1,494 million square meters have been commissioned," the minister said.
56 apartment buildings with a total area of about 467 thousand square meters have been commissioned through commercial construction, which is 45% of the planned volume.
The social mortgage program has been implemented by 33%, 9 out of 108 houses with a total area of more than 49 thousand square meters have been built, including 3 in Zelenodolsk, 2 each in Naberezhnye Chelny and Zelenodolsk district, one each in Buinsky and Mamadyshsky districts.
978,000 square meters of housing have been commissioned through individual housing construction, which is 49% of the plan.
