Replacement of 99 elevators in 44 buildings is planned in Tatarstan
The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House today.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
This year, 706 apartment buildings are included in the renovation program in 41 municipalities. The amount of funding for the program is 9.065 billion rubles. In particular, it is planned to replace 99 elevators in 44 buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts.
"Contractors have been identified for major repairs in 487 apartment buildings. Auctions for 17 MCD have been announced. Auctions for the remaining houses will take place after the release of a new program with adjusted limits," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Marat Aizatullin also said that the overhaul has begun in 246 apartment buildings located in 20 municipalities. The completion of construction and installation works is 13%.
