A delegation of the Jewish Autonomous Region visited the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan

Today, a delegation of the Jewish Autonomous Region visited the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The delegation was headed by the chief adviser to the governor, Pavel Ubasev.

During the meeting, First Deputy Minister Damir Shaidullin spoke about the key areas of the Ministry’s activities. In particular, he reported that in 2026, 50 programs with total funding of about 77 billion rubles will be implemented. These funds are planned to be used to construct, repair, modernize and improve about 3,000 facilities. Including 4 programs in the field of housing construction. It is planned to build 3.175 million square meters of housing. At present, the housing commissioning plan exceeds 52%.

During the meeting, participants discussed current achievements in the field of public utilities. Modern approaches to urban infrastructure management were considered: street cleaning and snow removal, solid municipal waste management, and prospects for the use of innovative technologies in the modernization of communal infrastructure.

The guests were also interested in the issue of training personnel for the branch. The discussion focused on the creation of a specialized training center and improving the qualifications of engineering and technical staff.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness for further cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of construction and housing and communal services.
