Over the past two weeks, 34 apartment buildings have been completely renovated in Tatarstan
Today, at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, informed about the progress of major repairs of apartment buildings this year.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
According to Marat Aizatullin, the program includes 706 apartment buildings in 41 municipalities of Tatarstan with a financing volume of 9.065 billion rubles. The program also includes the development of design documentation for 644 houses, which are scheduled for major repairs in 2027.
"The organization of electronic auctions has been suspended. For the remaining 137 apartment buildings, the Housing and Communal Services Fund will announce auctions only after the release of a new program with adjusted limits," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The minister said that capital repairs are underway in 312 apartment buildings located in 28 municipalities. The total completion rate is 19%. Over the past two weeks, 34 houses have been renovated: 23 in Kazan, 6 in Nizhnekamsk and 5 in Naberezhnye Chelny.
According to the schedule, builders will start work on the remaining facilities by the end of May.
