According to the national project, drainage networks along Nizametdinov Street are being repaired in Naberezhnye Chelny
In Naberezhnye Chelny, sewer networks along Nizametdinov Street are being overhauled. The facility is included in the program of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" with financing of 58.8 million rubles.
According to the State Institution "Main Directorate of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan", the steel pipeline on Nizametdinov Street has worn out by more than 85% during operation since 1970. The inner surface of the pipes is overgrown with corrosion products and emergency situations have been repeatedly recorded at the site.
Polyethylene pipes will be laid on the 953 m long section of drainage networks using two methods - open and horizontally directed drilling. 3 pumps will also be replaced here. The work is scheduled to be completed in August. The facility is currently 75% ready.
As a result of the overhaul, the quality of services for 13,748 residents of Naberezhnye Chelny will improve.
