"Beauty of housing and communal services" Ekaterina Biktemirova: It is important to hear the residents in the work of the management company
In the spring, the results of the 2nd All-Russian competition "Beauty of Housing and Communal Services" were summed up, for which 587 applications were received from 49 regions of the country. Among the 210 winners there are 6 representatives of Tatarstan in various categories. In particular, Ekaterina Biktemirova, director of the management company Domuprav-3 from Yelabuga, became the best in the nomination "Head of an organization for the management of apartment buildings (seventh qualification level).
At the preliminary stage, the jury evaluated the work of the management company itself. In particular, the occupancy rate of the GIS housing and communal services platform was considered – here "Domuprav-3" occupies the fourth place in Tatarstan. In addition, special attention was paid to such an item as collection of payments. By the end of 2025, the Management Company led by Ekaterina Biktemirova was able to fulfill the plan by 103%, reducing debt by 9 million rubles.
Ekaterina Biktemirova has been working in the housing and communal services sector for 15 years, of which she has been the head of the Management Company Domuprav-3 for three years. This organization serves 212 apartment buildings, in which 20 thousand people live. Moreover, 44 houses are objects of cultural heritage - it is not necessary to explain how specific the content of such housing stock is.
"The most important thing in the work of a management company is to be able to hear the residents, to empathize for them. Therefore, we do not fulfill requests for show, but strive to create comfort and coziness in our homes," Ekaterina Maratovna shared.
