The first meeting of the Republican Headquarters on preparations for the upcoming heating season was held in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the first meeting of the Republican Headquarters for preparations for the heating period of 2026-2027. It was attended by representatives of ministries and departments, resource supply organizations.
The Deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mazit Salikhov, who held the meeting, outlined a responsible task – to ensure uninterrupted operation of housing and communal services and social facilities during the winter period.
The Deputy minister recalled that the last heating season lasted 246 days. It started on September 12, when the Aktanyshsky district was the first to be connected to heat, and ended on May 15 with the shutdown of the Apastovsky district.
Mazit Salikhov said that the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the tasks of preparing organizations of the fuel and energy and housing and communal complexes of the Republic of Tatarstan for the heating period of 2026/2027" dated 05/23/2026 No. 733 was adopted. For its implementation, a list of main tasks has been formed for the republican executive authorities, local governments and enterprises.
A republican headquarters has been established to prepare for the heating period of 2026/2027. His Work Plan has been approved.
During the meeting, a number of instructions were given to municipalities. In particular, the Deputy Minister stressed the need to include data on readiness for the heating period in the information and analytical system "Monitoring of housing stock" and the AIS system of the PKK "FRT". The relevant information will be included in the agenda of the next headquarters meeting.
In addition, emergency response training should be conducted in each municipality.
