Marat Aizatullin: The new edition of the renovation program includes 813 apartment buildings
The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House today.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
"This week, a new program of capital repairs of apartment buildings was approved. The current version includes 813 apartment buildings in 41 municipalities with a financing volume of 11.118 billion rubles," said Marat Aizatullin.
The program also includes the replacement of 124 elevators in 56 residential buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts.
According to the minister, the Housing and Communal Services Fund resumed the organization of electronic auctions. Auctions for 34 apartment buildings have been announced this week. For the remaining ones, the verification stage of the submitted documents is completed. The announcement of auctions for them is scheduled until June 30.
Major repairs have begun in 458 apartment buildings, and work has been completed in 59 residential buildings. The total program completion is 37%.
