The progress in the implementation of state housing construction programs was reviewed at the next meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan
A regular meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today.
Chairman of the Public Council Rinat Abdullin presented the new composition, approved by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. The participants also listened to a report by Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the implementation of state housing construction programs in Tatarstan.
The speaker recalled that 3,515.1 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned by the end of 2025. It is planned to build 3,175,000 square meters this year, and 2,002 thousand square meters have been commissioned so far.
Ilshat Gimaev said that in 2026, 77 socio-cultural facilities are being built for a total amount of 71.35 billion rubles. These include 9 cultural facilities, 16 sports facilities, 10 educational facilities, 6 children's health camps, 6 comprehensive public service points, the admission and diagnostic department of the city clinical hospital No. 18 in Kazan and others.
According to the Deputy minister, construction and installation work is carried out according to the established deadlines.
