The sewerage network is being upgraded in two Naberezhnye Chelny complexes according to the national project
Major repairs of the off-site pressure sewage system 17a of the complex and off-site sanitary sewage system 19 of the complex are continuing in Naberezhnye Chelny. The facility is included in the program of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" with financing of 205.8 million rubles.
According to the State Institution "Main Directorate of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan", the steel pipeline built in 1972 has worn out by almost 90%. During operation, the waterproofing of the pipes was disrupted, and an intensive corrosion process was recorded. Emergency situations have been repeatedly eliminated here.
The workers laid 3,029.4 m of polyethylene pipes using an innovative method of horizontal directional drilling. There are 4 pumps left to replace on the site. The volume of construction and installation work has reached 85%. It is planned to implement the facility in August.
As a result of the overhaul of engineering networks in 17a and 19 complexes, the service of 38123 residents of Naberezhnye Chelny will improve.
Recall that in 2026, according to the national project "Infrastructure for Life" in Tatarstan, 17 municipal facilities will be modernized for a total amount of 2.5 billion rubles. Including 15 in Naberezhnye Chelny.
