Tatarstan citizen reached the semi-finals of the VI All-Russian Management Competition "Leaders of the construction industry"
In May, the VI All-Russian management Competition "Leaders of the Construction Industry" started.
The All-Russian competition corresponds to the objectives of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". Among its goals is to identify and support the most promising managers, successful projects in the fields of construction and housing and communal services.
This year, more than 48,000 applications were submitted for the competition from managers of the construction complex from all over Russia. A rigorous multi-stage selection allowed the expert council to identify 300 semi-finalists, who are currently preparing for the final tests.
Among the semi-finalists is Nikolay Kirilenko, Director of Integrated Projects at Parallax Volga Engineering Company, Naberezhnye Chelny.
"It is important for me to go beyond my company, to discuss current challenges with those who make decisions not only at the level of their enterprises, but also the entire construction industry. It is also interesting to find partners to scale our promising developments in the field of engineering systems, operation of buildings and structures. I hope that with new like-minded people, we will be able to launch real initiatives that will positively affect the development of the entire industry," said Nikolai Kirilenko.
The final of the competition will be held on August 13-16 in Saratov as part of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Builder's Day. The final discussions will bring together the strongest managers of the construction complex. Promising ideas will be presented at the site, strategic tasks will be discussed and solutions that can become industry benchmarks will be developed.
