By the beginning of the academic year, the half-century-old Lemaev College dormitory building in Nizhnekamsk will be completely renovated.
By the beginning of the academic year, the dormitory of the N.V.Lemaev College of Petrochemistry and Oil Refining in Nizhnekamsk will be renovated. Over 250 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes, 125 million of which are within the framework of the federal program "Professionalism" of the national project "Youth and Children".
The five-storey college dormitory with an area of 4,811 square meters has been built for more than half a century - it was built in 1973. Therefore, according to the project, the entire complex of construction and installation works is planned here.
According to the GIS of the Republic of Tatarstan, the building has been completely dismantled, the roof and all windows have been updated. Builders continue to repair the facade, water supply, sewerage, heating, electricity and blind area networks, finishing the premises, changing the doors, and starting the installation of the entrance group.
The facility currently employs 31 people.
The hostel also provides for the purchase of modern furniture, equipment and inventory.
The operational readiness of the facility is now 60%.
