In the village of Vysokaya Gora, the Zakazanye Park is being improved according to the national project

Today, as part of a press tour, journalists got acquainted with the progress of the improvement of the park "Zakazanye" in the village of Vysokaya Gora, Vysokogorsky district.

In 2025, the Zakazanye Park became the winner of the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. And this year it is included in the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" with funding of 177.158 million rubles.

The total area of landscaping is 20,205 sq. m. The project provides for the construction of pedestrian paths and the installation of lighting. 1,200 shrubs and trees will be planted, including lilac, juniper, spiraea, pear, apple, mountain ash, maple.

108 small architectural forms will appear in the park – benches, armchairs, urns, swings, hemispheres. There will also be an amphitheater, bike parks, workshops, a pump track, a playground with a game tower with walkways, carousels, pyramids made of logs, a gazebo, a rocking chair, a balancing bar, etc. Currently, builders are installing a concrete base for tracks and utility networks.

Answering questions from journalists, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, said that 54 public spaces will be equipped this year, including the third stage of reconstruction of the Kaban Lake embankment in Kazan. The sources of financing are the federal and regional budgets, as well as investors.

"42 of them are under the national project "Infrastructure for Life". 6 of them are the winners of the 10th All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements in 2025. 36 facilities will be renovated under the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment". We are also completing the landscaping of 7 parks and squares that won a similar competition in 2024," the minister said.

In addition, the republican program "Development of public spaces" includes 2 facilities.

Marat Aizatullin noted that work has begun on 49 sites.
