The overhaul continues in 530 apartment buildings in Tatarstan
The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting.
Marat Aizatullin recalled that this year, according to the newly approved program, 813 apartment buildings in 41 municipalities of Tatarstan will be repaired. 124 elevators will be replaced in 56 buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsky, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts. 11.118 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes.
«The organization of electronic auctions has been completed. Bids are being submitted for 6 apartment buildings, contractors will be identified on July 21», the minister said.
Major repairs are underway in 530 apartment buildings, completed in 96. Project documentation is being approved for the remaining facilities, and materials are being purchased. According to the schedule, work is scheduled to begin before the end of July.
The total program completion is 53%.
