The plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has been completed by 73%

The housing commissioning plan has been completed by 73% to date – more than 2 million 320 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned. This was announced by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin at a Saturday meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

According to Damir Shaidullin, 82% of the planned volume has been completed through commercial construction: these are 93 apartment buildings with a total area of about 857 thousand square meters.

According to the social mortgage program, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 60%. The construction of 34 houses with a total area of more than 90 thousand square meters has been completed.

In terms of individual housing construction, 1 million 372 thousand square meters of housing, or 69% of the plan were commissioned.
