About 2,618 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan – the construction program has been completed by 83%
The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the progress of housing construction today at a traditional meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting.
"Since the beginning of the year, about 2,618 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan. The overall plan of construction programs has been fulfilled by 83%," said Marat Aizatullin.
In particular, 99 apartment buildings with a total area of 875 thousand square meters were commissioned through commercial construction, which is 84% of the planned volume.
According to the social mortgage program, 34 houses with an area of more than 90 thousand square meters have been built annually, which is 60%.
The individual housing construction program has been completed by 84% – 1,652 million square meters of housing have been commissioned.
