Reconstruction of the central boiler house is being completed in Aznakayev
Reconstruction of the central boiler house with reconnection to the main networks is being completed in Aznakayev. Experts estimate the readiness of the facility at 90%.
According to the GISU of the Republic of Tatarstan, the installation of a block-modular boiler house, chimneys and hot water storage tanks has been completed. The equipment was strapped inside the boiler room. Power supply systems, water supply and sanitation, gas supply and heating networks have also been installed.
Commissioning works, connection of the pipeline of the 2nd source of water supply to the existing networks, landscaping and landscaping of the territory are currently underway.
The implementation of this facility solves the problem of worn-out heat supply infrastructure in Aznakayev. As a result, reliable heating and hot water supply will be provided for socially significant facilities of the city: 186 apartment buildings, 8 secondary schools, 16 kindergartens and units of the Aznakaevskaya central district hospital. Overall, the quality of services will improve for 20288 people.
A large-scale renovation of public utilities started in 2025 on the initiative of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. This year, 113 facilities with a total financing of 10 billion rubles will be built, reconstructed and repaired under the republican program. In addition, 17 facilities in 3 municipalities will be renovated under the federal program "Modernization of Municipal Infrastructure Systems" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". Over 2.5 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes.
