Currently, 201 apartment buildings have been renovated in Tatarstan

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings today at a traditional meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting.

"This year, 813 apartment buildings located in 41 municipalities will be renovated. The program also plans to replace 126 elevators in 57 residential buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts", recalled Marat Aizatullin.

The Minister said that the overhaul has begun in 504 apartment buildings, completed in 201 residential buildings. Preparatory work is underway for the remaining facilities: project documentation is being approved, and materials are being purchased. The total program completion is 75%.
